Refund / Exchange Policy

Uninstalled items returned within 30 days of reception qualify for a no-hassle refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee (Excluding custom products such as custom headlights, halos, DRL boards). Custom products are eligible for 100% in store credit only. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return the item.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, orders no longer qualify for a refund and cannot be returned. If your item has already been installed on your vehicle, it is not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Incomplete or Damaged Shipments
If for any reason, you received either an incomplete, or damaged shipment we are here to IMMEDIATELY help. Please contact as soon as you realize your shipment is incomplete or damaged at support@maxspeedautoparts.com and we will request more information to get this resolved in a timely fashion.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We guarantee 100% exact fitment based on the vehicle specifications you provide at order confirmation. If for any reason your products do not fit or are defective, we will happily replace it free of charge for the product.
